| A: | Your Woodcraft retailer will be able
to review Features and Options that are available on your new furniture. ^ top |

| 2: | Q: | Is there particle board in your furniture? |
| A: | NO! Woodcraft furniture does not use particle board, simulated wood grain vinyl's
or other short cuts in crafting it's furniture. Our real wood furniture
is made out of premium North American pine, maple, oak and basswood. Our construction
details include solid wood face frames, solid wood drawers and posts,
dovetail drawer joints, metal glides, real wood tops and concealed
adjustable hinges on doors. Woodcraft kitchen cabinets are available in furniture board for the value minded ^ top |

| 3: | Q: | Can I order modified furniture from Woodcraft Industries, Inc.? |
| A: | Woodcraft does allow some product modifications. Your Woodcraft retailer
can assist you with any modification details. ^ top |

| A: | Because Woodcraft offers more than 8000 different products with so
many options, we do not have a catalog that we can mail to you. However,
you can browse our complete online catalog or
visit your local retail store to see our full color catalog in person. ^ top |

| 5: | Q: | Does the furniture come assembled or will I need to build it? |
| A: | Our furniture is already assembled. Select items that have oversized
tops are shipped separately to minimize shipping damage and the tops
are easily attached using the supplied screws. ^ top |

| 6: | Q: | How can I order furniture from Woodcraft Industries? |
| A: | Woodcraft sells directly to authorized retailers. You can browse
our full, current on-line catalog and then use our Dealer
Locator to find an authorized Woodcraft Retailer nearest you. There
are more than 1,500 products to select from, so sit back and start

| 7: | Q: | How long will it take to get my furniture if my Woodcraft retailer doesn't have the piece in their store? |
| A: | Chances are, your retailer will have the Woodcraft furniture you
are looking to purchase available for immediate delivery. However,
because Woodcraft makes more pieces of furniture than a retailer can
display, you may need to special order your new furniture. Woodcraft's
product catalog and it's monthly order by date delivery schedule is
designed to encourage special orders. Ask your Woodcraft retailer about
this program and how you can take advantage of our prompt delivery
of special orders. Custom finishing services may be available through
the retailer and these schedules will vary from store to store. ^ top |

furniture. Many retailers display finished vignettes to show what look
can be accomplished through staining or painting techniques. You will
be able to find selections for complete room groupings to decorative
items to enhance your current decor. Most retail stores offer finishing
supplies and finishing services to make your selection easier. Your
local Woodcraft retailer is your best
source of ideas, tips and hints for buying and finishing your new furniture.
